Actually very easy to change. Go to your address, click 'edit' and proceed to making changes to the picture/pictures and basic info. at that time you can 'claim' your home and make any other changes you believe are incorrect or missing- maybe updates or new additions, living space, new sunroom, porch, added living area in the lower level, etc. That tends to change/raise the zestimate. Not sure how critical it is, but you may need to speak with your neighbor and have the neighbor do the same by editing and claiming his home. Good luck

I am not totally sure I understand the situation, but from what I read, the house photos are not related to the Zestimate or home information. They are simply an address that was estimated when the photo was a taken. My last house showed as wrong too and the house photo actually showed as a big bush and part of neighbor house.
You can claim your house and edit your home facts to make your Zestimate more accurate using the yellow "edit" pencil under the house photo. Once you claim your house you can also upload a correct photo to your home page. Your photo being off should not affect your Zesitmate number, but is you upload your own photo when you pull up your home page it will show the right one

How do I change incorrect information regarding my house?
