I'd start with contacting the Santa Fe County Clerk's office. They should be able to tell you the procedure. You may find you also have to separately register the change with the DMV and Assessor - plus don't forget the US Postal Service.

I've found the County employees I've dealt with to be very helpful, so hopefully this won't be too hard a task for you. Good luck!
