To edit your screen name, kindly log-in to your account then access your "My Profile." On the Contact Information, just click on "Edit" link to be able to change your screen name. Don't forget to click the Submit button to save the changes you have made.

No, it doesn't change anything. All discussions that you participated in and all Q&As submitted will just reflect your new username and nothing more.
