You can claim your home and edit any missing or incorrect facts...like number of rooms, or square footage. That will reflect any changes in your zestimate in 6 to 8 weeks. These links may help:

You can't however, if you have had a recent CMA done by a Realtor or paid for an appraisal, what I would suggest you do, is claim your house and in the remarks section put down what the home was valued at (and the date please)
Let me say that if you are selling your home with a Realtor involved, chances are really, really, really good that another realtor is going to bring the buyer.....a Zestimate, is just that, a guesstimate of value....Real Estate is local, Zillow cannot go inside a home to note upgrades. (or lack of upgrades) which impact the sale of a home. Your roof could be new, the neighbors may not be, you could have granite, the neighbors might not, that all goes to value.Hope that helps.
