How do I change the Zestimate for my house? The red icon had it in the open forest.

Three houses were built at the same time at the end of our cul-de-sac.  I paid $969k in 2009.  The house that is almost identical to mine and that I share a driveway with, just sold for $930 after being on the market for four years.  I am going to put my house on the market but just looked at the Zillow estimate and it said it's worth $461k.  This is completely wrong and inaccurate.  This change on zillow just changed recently.  It was always worth around 800K.  What happened?  The address is 420 Hidden Creek Drive, Colorado Springs, CO; the house at 415 just closed last month at $930k.  I just changed the red icon to the correct location pinpointing the house.  It was in the forest miles away before.  How do I get Zillow to put the accurate ‘zestimate' on my house???

Some how you've created a duplicate home details page without the benefit of the sales history and tax history.  Hence, the Zestimate is way off.   (Don't worry about creating the duplicate, unfortunately it is too easy to do.  I wish Zillow would make it so it couldn't).     This one (link) is the correct one.

If I were you, I'd cancel the one you've created and ask Zillow to delete it.  Then, I'd put the one with the link on the market.   You can click on "post for sale/rent" under the home facts on the link to get started.

What's going to happen to housing prices in CO Springs especially with houses bordering the wildfire zones?
