Zestimates are generated by a statistical model using publicly available facts on your home and comparable sales.
Things you can do:
a. Check the facts on your home. If errors, after claiming your home you can edit the facts.
b. Check the comps used for Zestimate calculation.
c. Open the feature called "owner's estimate' and put in upgrades e tc and make it public.
If you make changes in a or b above that may affect the zestimate, it may take several weeks (perhaps six to eight) to be reflected in the numbers shown on the site.

How do I change the Zestimate on my home? It is obviously way too low, and I am about to sell.
