How do I change the Zillow estimate to "for sale for $1,980,000?

I am the owner of 955 Winston Avenue at San Marino, CA 91108
A recently sold house at 913 Winston was displayed with selling price at $2,600,000.
A house one block away at 848 Winston was displayed on Zillow as "for sale for $2,280,000.  Your Zillow estimate on 955 Winston has adversely affect my price to sell.  The buyer quote your price to negotiate.
How do I make my house "for sale at $1,980,000" on Zillow?

Left hand side of the property page, you should see a tools page and will be able to list the property for sale.
