How do I change the city and why did my own zestimate make price go down instead of up?

Zillow has our city as Mayfield and it is Lyndhurst, but I can't find a spot to edit this info.  Also, when I went in to owner's zestimate and put our home improvements it took our actual zestimate down instead of up?!

Help please!

but my owner's estimate is only saying 116,000 and my zestimate is saying 121?  thanks for all your assistance by the way...this process is kind of overwhelming to say the least :)

The Zestimate is recalculated automatically 3x a week and is not linked to the information you put into the owner's estimate.    If it went down instead of up, it is most likely the routine update.    The only facts you can put in that will affect the Zestimate are those affecting room number, square footage, lot size.   These take several weeks to several months to show up in a Zestimate change.
