Nancy- It looks like some of your listings are coming to us via a feed from Century 21 and some you are manually entering on the site,  The feed will automatically make price changes for you, so those listings are good.
If you manually enter a listing on the site, you need to manually enter price changes as well.  Log on to the site, go to the listing.  Near the top by the price find the "edit status" button.  Here you can change the price.  (a few of the listings you cite below don't have the bed/bath info entered.  can update that as well by clicking the 'edit' button on the listing)

There are actually 4 properties where prices have been reduced quite a while ago.  They are as follows:

5243 Sandy Loop Road $189,900
216 Grant Street $109,000
4264 Lakeshore Drive $429,900
4139 Lake Lucerne Drive $260,000

Is this something I can change (I don't see how) or do you have to change?
