In order to help on this one, could you provide a bit more detail? was the house listed through an agent? Postlets? As a FSBO directly on Zillow? (It doesn't show up with your posting name.)

Thanks for giving the details. (thanks also for "best answer")
First the agent has to cancel the listing. If it still appears "for sale" on Zillow, the agent has more work to do. You can find the listing feed by opening the property details page, scroll to the bottom and click on the blue "listing website". Ask the agent to remove it from that website (don't focus on Zillow, focus on the listing website). Once remove, in <72 h it should no longer be listed for sale on Zillow.
Once liberated, you can claim your home and list it. you can either purchase a featured listing ($39.95 for 180 d) where you set the price or you can list through www.postlets.com for free. It can take 2 to 3 days to get from postlets to Zillow.
Hope that helps

It was listed by an agent and the listing has run out. I want to list FSBO and change the price.

How do I change the price for my home?
