Zillow's "price" is an estimated value based on public records, and current homes sales. There is nothing you can really do personally to change it. Zillows valuations can, in certain markets, be seriously off of true market value. To find out what your house would most likely sell for, contact a REALTOR for a Comparative Market Analysis.
