How do I change the status from "for sale" to "for rent"?

When I edit the listing, the only options to change it to are "sold" or "sale pending".

There is no option on the website where you can change the status from For sale to For Rent. You need to cancel the listing and then post it again as For Rent on the website. Please take note that when you post it for rent , you will be charged $9.95 for the posting. No refunds will be issued for the For Sale listing.
