How do I change the value of my house?

My house is listed at 38K on Zillow but it is apparent that this is a 160-170K house.  It has a full description with 4 bedroom, 3 baths etc and then says it is worth 38,500.  I would like to rent or sell it, but that is a problem with what zillow says.
