You won't be able to edit the listing while logged in to your Zillow account. I see that we have the square footage wrong but it was correct on ForSaleByOwner.com website, I would suggest to wait for another 24 hours and let's see if the correct data will syndicate to Zillow.

Once it is listed through a data feed, all edits have to be done at the source and not directly on Zillow. So, if ForSalebyOwner.com has some errors in your property information, correct it at the source. Usually within a day the corrected information will feed through to Zillow.

Now it is not letting me edit the listing since it was created by another user. It says "You may not edit this property or listing while the current listing is active".

Ah, thanks! They have our sqft off a little so I was trying to correct that.

You can save first the home as "favorite" then go back to your "Favorites" page to claim your property. You can take ownership of the property but if you want to edit or manage your listing, you would need to log in to your ForSaleByOwner.com account.
