Is your home currently listed for sale? If so, we temporarily restrict claims while the home is being marketed by the agent that was hired by the owner.
If your home is not for sale you should be able to see "Claim this home" under the Edit option on the your home's page on Zillow.

Save as favorite.
Open the favorite under "my zillow".
In the lower left corner, there will be the option to claim the home.
