You need to have the agent release the claimed home on Zillow. After they release it, you can then claim it for yourself.

Zillow is set up so that only one party can claim a home at any one time. (This prevents conflicting edits.) Is there a reason your agent can't or won't do the edits?

How do I claim my home, if my real estate agent already did. I want to edit the information.
