This should not pose a financing issue at all. If your house is listed with an agent they will be able to delete one of the listings. It's likely that Zillow is pulling from more than one source to display your home for sale. The likely result should actually be double exposure for you. That's usually a great thing. An extra listing will not matter to any lender. My company has two MLS that we work with so many are doubles. That could mean double as many phone calls and viewings.

How do I combine two listings?
Our home (2101 Marshalls Lane Atlanta, GA 30316) sits on the city line. Because of this, Zillow splits our lot into two different listings under the same address. Since your website is so helpful and so many people are using it as a great tool, I'm afraid the split property will hurt our resale and financing opportunities. I'd really appreciate if you could combine the listings into one? I'd be happy to answer any questions you have!
Thanks,
