How do I completely remove a home from Zillow?

I am a real estate agent and my profile has been associated with a home that is not for sale. The homeowner has called me very upset because she has been unsuccessful at "claiming" her home and having it removed from the site. She is in a divorce situation and her ex-husband has been stalking. Please advise on how to remove this home completely!

Hi Michele -

We don't completely delete a home from the website. What you can do is change the status of the posting, remove the descriptions and photos or any reference to the listing. Once done, release your ownership so that the owner can claim their property on the website.
