My home is priced to sell at $189,900 and that is based on per square value of my 10 year old home and comparisons in the area. You are hurting my chances of selling by listing at $168,000. Please adjust.

Even if they wanted a CMA; 2 month later is a bit late. There are plenty of people that are easy to seek out with the directory in a couple minutes.
And as stated, Zestimate questions usually have nothing to do with asking for a value, but rather website issues, ESPECIALLY when they post "How do I contact Zillow directly..."
So, there are two kinds of answers that are helpful to this kind of question:
1) point to the frequently asked questions regarding the topic, or provide any other direct answers to help them navigate or understand the site.
2) Provide links or phone numbers to contact Zillow customer service, or other means to reach a Zillow staff person (such as a moderator).
(And there are a huge number of posts that are never placed in the category one would expect; so take the category a bit loosely).

I completely understand your points, but the question was asked under "Home Selling, Pricing". That would indicate to a real estate agent that there may be some interest in someone selling their home and having a question on pricing. Thank you for your input.

You will notice that the person asked about the ZESTIMATE in July... quite a bit of time has transpired since.
Most of the people asking about the Zestimate are not asking for a CMA. Most are either asking for an explanation about why the Zestimate is what it is, or why their neighbor's is responding differently to the algorithm, or if they can get the numbers changed to reflect what they think it should be.
A CMA will not help if it is a "Zillow" issue. You might want to read a few to be able to tell the difference between a website issue, and a real estate question.
