The best way to alert Zillow to the error associated with the home is to open the home details page, scroll to the "price history" table and then click on the little flag on the right end of numbers where there is an error.   This will associate the specific concern with a specific transaction and a specific house.

The bad news is that posting on this public forum is the way zillow conducts its customer service and then you hold your breath and hope someone notices and can also be bothered to do anything about it. Perhaps this is why Motley Fool this week referred to Zillows customer service as being "epically bad"
