Read the FAQ: "What is a Zestimate".

Although Zillow calculates new estimates nominally 3 times a week, they don't individually alter any estimates.

Of course, if you have incorrect data on the home, such as number of bedrooms or bathrooms, or lot size or house size, you can correct that yourself after claiming the home.

If the last sold price or last sold date was incorrect, you would need to use the "flag" symbol next to that transaction so that the public records can be checked again.

To contact Zillow, you can use their phone number:
(206) 470-7000
during 9 am - 5 pm Pacific Time business hours.
or you can mail them at:
1301 Second Avenue, Floor 31 Seattle, WA 98101

(Or you could stop by their office during business hours).

But it won't change how the estimates are calculated.
