You can correct the home facts by claiming the house and editing the home facts with the yellow "edit" pencil under the photo. The change is immediate.
Once you claim, you can use the small white flag next to each transaction that is in error to alert Zillow so they can correct them. It is helpful if you have a link to your local assessor's office with the correct information so Zillow can check it faster. Many assessor's have info available online.
Photos are a different story. My photo for my last house was wrong. Many photos on Zillow come from Bing so if Bing miscoded your address the photo on your page will be wrong. I fixed that by uploading my own front photo to make my home page correct. An erroneous photo or location on the map will not affect your Zestimate from what I read, but it is irritating so I uploaded my own.

Okay, bear with me a moment. Usually the first thing that is wrong on Zillow is a photo or mapping position. Ignore those for a moment, and let's dig deeper.
A question in my long boring series of questions (which are working with you to help trouble shoot), but that I don't see an answer to is what data do you pull up associated with your actual address? Are the data, sales history, etc correct but the photo wrong?
In addition, would you mind taking a moment to check mapping on bing maps? (Zillow's source of maps) Is everything correct there?
I am not a Zillow employee, but if I were starting in your position I would start with the property details associated with my address and NOT with the photo of my house.

The Zillow photo shows MY house with the wrong address. The date of past sales are wrong, the property value is based on 473 Vista Del Mar, not 463 which is my address. The details about the home are wrong and I think the value is wrong. When the bank looks for 463 Vista Del Mar the screen shows a different property with NO upgrades and less sq. footage. I want my address (463) to match the picture and statistics.
The condo is in a row of 8 townhomes and Zillow has reversed the addresses of the entire row.
Thanks,
Kathy

An incorrect address is always worrisome. What are you using to say that it is the correct property? What do you see with the correct address?
If you mentioned the address was correct, I'd say claim the home and then edit the details about the property. With an incorrect address, you will need Zillow customer service intervention.

How do I correct errors you have listed about my home?
