The short answer is ... you can't. Furthermore, any inaccurate details on Zillow really have no impact on your property value (with the sole exception of Guesstimates on Zillow).
Zillow relies on public documents and voluntary owner updates -- both of which can be misstated. At closing, a prospective buyer would be provided with accurate data gleened from abstracts and documents such as County Tax Records.
The accuracy of the legal description and other data will have been scrutinized by attornies and guaranteed by a Lender Title Insurance Policy. No one lends money without a title policy! The title insurer will provide accurate records at closing, which are then (re-)filed with the County.
Many inaccurate documents were filed during the "refi rushes" of a few years ago. Some were not properly filed at all. This is being corrected as the defects are discovered.
Yet another good reason to buy an Owner's Title Policy at closing (usually optional at buyer's expense).
