Congratulations on your new home purchase. It will take a while for the new price to get registered. When did you purchase it? Zillow picks up its information from public records etc.

If the past recorded sale price is incorrect, your owner can use the small white flag next to it on your home page to alert Zillow of the error. It would make it faster to correct if you could send the flag with the link to the assessor or recorder's local office with the correct information so Zillow can verify it.
