How do I delete a Zillow entry if there are two with the same exact address (1 created by me 1 by Z)

Before Zillow had data for my area, it gave the ability to generate your own house.  I did so and thought that as Zillow gained data it would update it accordingly.  Instead, Zillow created an entry with exactly the same address and attributed sales/tax data to this entry.  Addtionally, Zillow's entry is what shows up if you do a search for the address; though both show up on the map.  I would prefer to delete the Zillow created entry such that I don't have to re-upload all of the pictures.  Either way, one of these identical addresses needs deleted.  I have submitted several similar requests through the section that allows you to report a problem and used the "incorrect map location" dropdown, but no action has been taken.

Hi Thomas -

Sorry for not getting back to you in a timely manner.

Do you have the address in question so we can further look into this?

Thank you.
