How do I delete an old listing? The owner wants it off Zillow, including all photos

I dont see the address of 347 SW Dennis Ave, Hillsboro, on "my zillow" acct, so I cant access it to delete it. I believe I already removed it when I removed it from the RMLS. Yet, the owner and I can see it on Zillow with all the details and photos. We want this property and its photos and details totally removed from Zillow as soon as possible. This property, over a year ago was listed as a residential property, but soon will be relisted as a commercial property, as well as the photos are not accurate any longer. Please respond to me, so I know what you need to do, or if theres action I can take. Again, this property is not on my personal Zillow account. As far as I can tell, I have no access to remove this property from Zillow . Address: 347 SW Dennis Ave, Hillsboro  OR 97123

Wetdawgs is right. Public information on properties can't be removed from the site. It seems that you have already made the changes. You can email me directly or reply to this thread if you still need help with this.

It is not possible to totally remove a property from Zillow (FAQ here), but you or the homeowner can remove the photos and change the description to a generic description.

You or the homeowner can claim the home on Zillow and then delete photos and edit the description.   (Words in blue offer links to the FAQs).   Please note when editing the description, don't leave it blank or it won't save.

If you claim the home to do these edits, release the ownership claim once you are done so the owner can claim it for the future.
