How do I delete that I increased my listing price.

I put the wrong price in when I created my listing so when I went to put in the correct price it now shows that I increased my listing price.  I do not want it to show that I increased my price.

How do I delete that from the listing?

This is a feature that only Zillow controls; and I'm not sure they are able to remove that record, I believe it's filtered through the local MLS, and MLS cannot remove any record of changes on listings.  Hopefully Zillow will respond to your request promptly and answer this one for you.
