One of the annoying thing of this real estate stuff is that the selling agent has a lot of actions to take to clean up their electronic advertising. Most agents send their listings through data feeds to Zillow, and while Zillow employees can manually remove a listing, they can't remove the data feeds that overwrite the manual correction.
So, how to figure this out? Open you property details page and scroll to the very very bottom. Is there a listing source (in blue, perhaps called "listing website" or synonyms)? If so, identify it and click on it. Contact the agent mentioned and ask them to remove it. Once they've removed it, chances are good that with 24 h to 72 h Zillow will no longer show your house is for sale.
Should you have to do this? The quality of the listings on Zillow is depending on those who list them, and not removing listings is a major headache for buyers, sellers, purchasers and the rest of us who are just curious.

I'm in the same situation -- I've tried the dispute tools on the listing several times with no effect. Come on Zillow!
In the event it might work for you, check out the "Edit" link; select "Report problem with listing."
