Zestimate numbers are WAY off in Zillow, at least for my market. I like the historical prices and I value at somewhere below 1999-1995.

I think a good agent is invaluable.

Zillow doesn't give market values, but they do have Zestimate number. You can read more about what it is here. If you want to see the Zestimate for a house, you can go here enter the address in the Find Homes box and hit the blue GO button. If Zillow has one for the house, a map will come up for the area. Click on the address box to get to the home page. You can also claim your house here for even more access to your house information. If you need more info, you can contact an agent for a CMA or hire an appraiser for more information.
