How do I determine which figure is accurate on the lot photo reflecting my property? 2 are showing.

Both of the figures are reflecting today's date on the page

The property with the public facts (click on "more facts" to check), tax history and sales history tends to be the better of the two.    Of course, when looking at the Zestimate please always consider the value range also (on the home details page in the Zestimate chart).

Duplicates sometimes are created when a home is listed for sale or rent.   If there is a duplicate for your property, you can report it so Zillow can remove it.   To do so, open the home details page, hover cursor over "edit" and chose "report problem with home".   They will leave the one with the tax history/sales history.
