Zillow calculates the Zestimates. If you wish to obtain one, click on 'homes' in the top line of this page (in blue), enter the address of interest and click on "go". You will see a pop up box on the map. click on the address to get to the home details page with considerably more data, including the Zestimate range (essential for understanding).
Here's a link to the description of Zestimate data coverage and accuracy.
If you decide to ask an agent for a CMA, please also ask them for their track record (i.e. statistics) of CMAs before putting a house on a market vs the actual selling price.

Zillow calculates (?) Zestimates. If you'd like to know a more reality-based value for your home & a range for which it should realistically sell, call upon a reputable agent in your area. He or she will be able to advise you accordingly. Speak with a professional with "boots on the ground" & don't rely on a "guess-timate".
