Hi Michael-

I believe you are referring to your Saved Search emails?  From the email you can click "unsubscribe" and you will no longer receive that area.  You can then search for a new area and save a new search and begin getting that email.

Other email subscriptions can be updated in the "My Account" area of "My Zillow".
