These links might help you get started. You can update the house information yourself. You claim your home here and then edit your home facts to reflect the correct schools, square footage, features here. It is quick and easy to do. If the changes positively impact your Zestimate it will show up after a few updates of the system. Zillow says that takes a week or two, but I think mine took about a week longer than that. A word of advice--do your updates in pieces. My first try too too long and the Zillow system logged me out and my changes were lost. The next time I tried I did it in sections like basic house info bed/bath square feet etc. and saved it. Next section was updates saved it etc. It went for me then without any problem. I just took too long on my first go i think. Give it a try and I hope the links help.
How do I edit the information on my home?
