If you disagree with the Zestimate, you can put comments in the section under the Zestimate on the property details page. (Please date them and be factual.)   However, Zillow doesn't delete the Zestimates.    (The Zestimate is approx 2% different from your asking price, which is actually quite supportive of your asking price).
