We don't have a tool to export graphs to documents yet, though. You can take a screen-shot of the graph and paste it to your computer's software for picture editing (e.g. Paint) then paste it to a document.
Just a heads up, as per terms and conditions of the site, "you may copy information from the Services only as necessary for your personal use to (a) view, (b) save, and (c) print, fax or e-mail it. You agree otherwise not to reproduce, modify, distribute, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any portion of the Services."

If you are on the Local Info tab, just below the Zillow Home Value Index, there is a small menu with options for Sharing, Downloading, Embedding and FAQ. The Embed option gives you code for placing the dynamic info into a web page.
