How do I enter a property that I have listed that the previous broker still has posted on Zillow?

I recently listed a property that was previously listed with a different broker and posted on zillow.  Can I edit the existing information or does the other agent need to remove the posting first?

Dan,
I have run into this situation in both ends. i.e I had an agent who claimed one of my listings and I claimed someone elses listing in the past. I would just contact the agent. They are usually understandable. For example; one of my listings expired, I forgot to delete it from here, and the owner listed with another agent. The other agent told me, and I immediatley deleted it. Sometimes you overlook some sites. If for some reason he refuses, ask to talk to the managing broker or contact Zillow. I hope you the best of luck!

Dan, thank you for your question.  You can dispute the listing and take it over, this will allow you to own the listing and make any edits you want.  To do this simply click on the flag listing button in the agent module and select "Dispute Listing Agent" from the drop down.  If you have any questions or run into any trouble please let me know.

Sincerely,
