Contact a few Local Realtors and request a CMA (comparative market analysis) There are a few general items the Realtor will need to complete this and are listed below

(1) Your full name
(2) Your home address
(3) Your contact info (phone number & email address) for follow-up

I recommend requesting a time to follow-up to review the CMA

Call at least 3 local Realtors and ask them for a quick CMA.  The Realtors will need; 1) the address of your home, 2) your email address (to email the CMA, once complete) & 3) your phone number to follow up and go over the CMA.

Hope this helps,

Josh

Claim your home and edit the facts for a more accurate "Zestimate"
Realtors do not rely on Zestimates but they are a perception of value for some buyers.  Always check your home on Zillow and watch it carefully

What is the purpose of establishing value at this time? Insurance, for sale or refinance or just curiousity? If you are thinking of selling, contact a local Realtor with some experience. They can give you a Current Market Analysis showing a range of value that your home should sell for. There should be absoluley no charge for this service. If you are thinking of refinancing you will need an appraisal. The lender will handle that ...probably $350-$500 depending upon the size of your home and your area. That will be part of your refinance costs. If you are just curious, keep an eye on Zillow and similar sites. Remember: if you are trying to sell or refinance you don't get to establish the value! Unfortunately, that is done by the market and by appraisal. The value of a property is usually what a buyer will pay for it at that current time and what a lender will lend on it. If you are looking at property insurance I suggest you make certain that you get full replacement value for your home and its contents. Good luck!

For a free Zestimate, go to Zillow.com, and enter your address in the box under FIND HOMES.

Keep in mind a Zestimate is only an estimate of your value, not your real value. . ..More here...
