How do I find Private Lender to buy owner/occupied house in Texas? and new to the US?

New to US from Australia, 1 year working in Dallas. Starting to build up US credit score but not there yet. Wanting to buy house with 40% deposit.  Looking for a private lender for owner/occupied house.  How do I find a private lender who will lend $120K with no credit history yet?

We have foreign national loans that will help you get your house.  We will ask you for the a credit report from your home country.  We usually only require 25% down.  You may also qualify for some other loan programs we have.  Contact me and we can go over the details.

Did you move here part of a company transfer?  You should look up ITIN loans. There are still a few lenders that do them.

Call me and we can discuss better what you want to do.

It looks like you want to buy an investment property?

So rented property that you will not live in?
