Type in the address in the search box on the homepage. Then click on the map to find the home, and click through to the home's details page. This will get you a "Zestimate", which is a decent starting point to figure out a home's value. If you want a more accurate opinion of value though, an appraiser or real estate agent should be consulted.

Since the information on this site is not always updated, I would ask a Realtor to give you a CMA. Most Realtors will provide this to you free of charge. You will received the most current solds in the area. That is how an appraiser will assess the value of the home.
