I think you mean "the rent-to-own" concept works beautifully but it puts real estate agents out of business.
If you're selling rent-to-own, download a copy of a contract tailored for your state to save yourself problems later.
Other than that, there shouldn't be any closing costs whatsoever.

Gosh, this is an old thread. It was first posted in 2008. Maybe you could post a new thread about how your area is doing now. That would be really nice and I'm sure that buyer in your area would appreciate it too.

Often times there are homes listed in the MLS that are rent to own so you can contact a real estate agent to help you.
rent to own: Unqualified buyers meet unrealistic sellers. Later lawyers sort it all out.
