Plug in your address at top of the page.... bore down through it and it will have recent sales (comps) that you can see for yourself. It is a great tool to determine the direction and speed of acceleration or deceleration in pricing. There are other factors that play a large role as well and perhaps a local appraiser and or RE agent is warranted. If it is for mortgage reasons... do not spend money as the appraisal rules have changed completely and direct ordering of appraisals is all but extinct. And that may really be a good thing as well, but it makes it more expensive, too. Good luck.

Are you looking for comps so that you can sell your home?
You can ask a realtor to do a CMA on your home or get an actual appraisal.
