There are many local agents that con provide you with mllx comps. A local appraiser can do a pencil search for you for a reduced cost.

A local agent in your area can help you find good comps for your house and can also give you a complete market analysis called a CMA. If you want to look some up yourself on Zillow, they have a video here that might help you get started. They also have an article here about how to pick the best comps for your house. You'll want to search the Community the house your working with is in. Look at what's active and most importantly look at what as sold in the last 3 months.
