I would like the same information. I know in Ct. the market for housing was abuyers market when I purchased a home in 1995. I want to know when it went to a sellers market? I also want to know pricing for a 4 bedroom home that was brand new with 2 acres and 2800 sqare feet of living space in Cheshire, Ct.?.

I could do it for you and email you the info from the Realtor MLS database, going back about 23 years. Before that it is in books and probably irrelevant.

To search for the properties you need, click on the Homes tab. On the left side, you will find the search criteria. You may click on the Recently Sold link and change the criteria found below it. The search result will give you properties within your specified area that match your criteria.
