For tax purposes you don't need homes that were listed. You need actual sales. Start with a Zestemate of your home. Then go to the county recorders office and you can look up recent sales in your area. The sales should be of similar size and room count.If you know a realtor he can look up comps for you as well. Please "Thank" him with at least a lunch or a legitimate referral.

Im not buying, I'm looking for homes in my aria that where for sale at that time and what they where going for to prove to city taxes should be reduced. They recomended this website.....

Contact your realtor if you are working with one and ask them to help you, thats the fastest easiest way. Also you have to have a base to work with like how many bedrooms, streets and or single families, multi families etc.
