go to more filters and put days on Zillow, this is the only way to find the newest listings that have been placed on Zillow.  For Zipcode, you can enter that at the top of the page in the block that says neighborhood, city, Zipcode.

After you set up your search, click the "E-mail alerts" under the map, or the "save" in the filters... either of these does exactly the same thing, and will set you up for automatic E-mails for anything "new" that comes up meeting your search criterion.

When you want to "cancel" that, you click on your user-name to open your profile page, and click on "account settings" in the left margin, and then find the alert, and chose to remove it.

Hire a good buyer's agent. They can set up a search for you which will email you whenever something new hits the market. Realtor tools are much more sophisiticated than what you find on any of the "Public" sites, and they can narrow your search down to a particular section of a particular street, if you want.

Generally the buyer's agent costs you nothing. Just be sure to sign an agreement with them that you will use them to buy your home, so they are not working for free. There are many listed here on Zillow, and you can email one with the click of your mouse. Mostly they advertise to the right of a listings on Zillow - you will find several listed there, and just check one and hit the button, its that easy.

Happy househunting! Its a great time to be a buyer!
