Hi,

Call the local companies and they should be able to give you an estimate. Keep in mind that the previous usage may be different from what your usage may be so it's only an estimation of what the usage may be.

The utility company should give you the average for gas and electric.

You should be able to go to the city or county website and be able to obtain information on utility companies, property taxes, etc.

Often you can call the utilty companies and get estimates.

When I've sold, I've always included the 12 month payments for various utilities as part of the package for interested buyers (but have never seen anyone else do it)

You could ask the seller. Sometimes the local chamber of commerce has this info. An experienced local realtor should know also. best of luck.
