Have you claimed your house yet, if not please do so, then go to "Zestimate" feature, as Jeff said please consider talking with a local agent or Realtor as Zillow themselves state that their "Zestimate" may be off as much as =/-20%.

You can also pay for an apprasial which can run between $300-$500 for an even more accurate apprasial of worth.

Best of luck.

I agree with Jeff. Many brokers will do this for free. If you want to do it yourself, just compare local home sales identical with your within .25 miles. Try to stay within the subdivision and adjust accordingly!

1) 10-15k for an RV gate
2) 20k for a pool
3) 7k for an extra garage.
4) 10-20k for sqft over or below 300 sqft.

Dear Emma:

You can try the Zestimate function on Zillow.

However, for a more accurate estimate ask a Realtor to do this for you. Many will do this for you for free. Or, you can pay an appraiser.

You could hire a local appraisal to do a short form appraisal. this is typically much cheaper than a full blown appraisal. Of course, if your considering selling your property, many realtors will give you their price opinion in their effort to interview for the job. If your not going to list your home with a realtor, you could call and ask how much they would charge you to complete a market analysis for you. Good Luck!
