Zillow estimates compared to appraisals are 2 entirely different avenues to estimate market declines or for that matter, increases (which do exist, even in this market).  While a Realtors' CMA analysis is not an appraisal, most Realtors will provide these at no cost or obligation.

You can pull up your house address (or one in the zip code/neighborhood you want to know about). Click on the chart on the main house page. At the bottom of that charts page you will see a % change for the house, zip, town/city, state and the US. The drop you probably want to look at is the % for the zip. You can also click on the neighborhood name on the top of the home page to get specific % rise or drop for the smaller area.
