How do I find out past market values for a home?

Profile picture for Gaylejc
I am the trustee to a trust and get 1% per year of the total amount of trust in which case was a house. I never took my trust fee over the 14 years of service. The house was sold so now I have to figure out what I am owed. Is there any way to find out the market value of the house every year for the past 14 years? No one has an answer. I really need help. Thank you Gayle

You can look at the Zestimate graph for the house for the last 10 to 15 years and calculate from that basis (if all family members agree).  If you hover the cursor over the graph you'll see month by month numbers in a little pop up box.
