Have you tried calling the listing office and just asking? You can also check the tax record which should be free. Another step would be to ask a Realtor to assist you.

The best way would be to pull the foreclosure file from the county where the property was foreclosed. It will tell you what entity took title to the property. County tax records often lag pretty far behind the actual transfer of title.
